The HQ industrial facility extends to c 14,500 sq.ft, incorporating modern open plan office and industrial space. In addition, there is a concrete surfaced secure yard extending to c. ¾ of an acre. This is third recent sale transaction on the Park, following on the heels of the sale of 12B and unit 8.
