On behalf of the Landlord, and acting jointly with Galbraith, FG Burnett has secured the letting of the last remaining vacant units, No’s 8&9 at Westhill Industrial Estate (5,928 sq.ft) to Swellfix UK Ltd on the basis of a 5 year lease. Units 8&9 were recently refurbished and offered high quality warehouse space with cranes and a secure yard. DM Hall represented the tenant.
