FG Burnett has recently acted on behalf of a series of private and corporate sellers and landlords in the disposal of several industrial properties across the City and Shire.
These properties include Augusta House, Blackburn, Aberdeenshire, Brimmond House, Kirkhill Place, Dyce, Aberdeen.
Augusta House, which extends to circa 7,000 sq.ft, was sold by an English based property company to a local private buyer after a short period of marketing while Brimmond House, which extends to in excess of 9,300 sq.ft, was also sold to a private buyer and has subsequently been let.
At the same time acting on behalf of two private landlords, FG Burnett has let further office and industrial facilities in Dyce and Inverurie. At Kirkton Drive, Dyce FG Burnett has secured a letting of a modern refurbished 9,000 sq.ft office and workshop building behalf a corporate landlord to Pinnacle Re-Tec an expanding and progressive company who are specialists in the maintenance and service of centrifugal pumps for the oil & gas sector. While at Souterford Avenue, an office and warehouse facility extending to nearly 12,000 sq.ft has just been let on behalf of a local Inverurie property investor to Aberdeenshire Council, acting on behalf of Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership.
