This is the 3rd sub-under tenant FG Burnett have secured in this best in class Grade A ‘plug and play’ office space in the last couple of years. Other sub-under tenants include SLB and Vallourec. Prosource IT have their sub-under lease through to the end of the head-lease to January 2034 over the first floor north wing extending to 7,890 sqft.
