County Properties Northern Ltd has recently entered into a Management Agreement with Newflex for the operation of a business centre on the ground floor of Royfold House at the Hill of Rubislaw, Aberdeen. The business centre will trade as easyHub, a franchise of easyGroup and will therefore offer high quality office accommodation at affordable prices therefore being available to the many and not the few in keeping with easyGroup’s core values.
Refurbishment is currently underway and once completed, will provide a range of office suites of differing sizes with associated amenity, meeting spaces, welfare hubs and will offer a fully serviced office solution. The site boasts 101 car parking spaces and it is hoped that easyHub will expand into the first floor in the near future.
