Scottish commercial property consultants, FG Burnett has been appointed by Knight Property Group to manage the firm’s commercial property portfolio in Aberdeen.
The appointment will see FG Burnett assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse range of commercial assets across the city, delivering a comprehensive suite of property management services.
Under the agreement, FG Burnett will provide full management support including tenant liaison, service charge administration, maintenance coordination, statutory compliance and strategic asset oversight - ensuring the portfolio is managed efficiently.
