Graeme is Managing Director at FG Burnett, bringing 25 years of experience in commercial development, office and industrial agency and financial markets.

Graeme has extensive expertise in portfolio strategy and has led significant property consolidations and leasehold acquisitions for a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors. Additionally, Graeme has substantial experience in lease renewals, representing both landlords and tenants to achieve successful outcomes. Graeme is also a RICS Registered Valuer.

Outside of work, Graeme enjoys a variety of sporting activities including golf and skiing. He also enjoys socialising, travelling, and expanding his knowledge of wine!

Hollie is a Trainee Surveyor, having graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2024 with an MA (Hons) in Business Management and Real Estate. Within her role as a Graduate Surveyor, she is primarily working within the Commercial Agency department, but is gaining experience over other departments to work towards her APC.

Outside of work, Hollie is an avid musician, produces her own music, and plays piano and acoustic guitar. She also enjoys going to live music venues and concerts. When she isn’t playing music, she enjoys visiting cafes, farm shops and artisan outlets during the day, and good restaurants and wine bars in the evening, in both the local Aberdeen area and further afield.
