Jonathan is an Executive Director at FG Burnett, with over 24 years of experience in commercial property agency across Scotland. He leads the Agency team, providing expert advice on acquisitions, disposals, rent reviews, and lease restructuring.
In addition to his agency responsibilities, Jonathan holds board-level responsibility of the Commercial Property Management department. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a RICS Registered Valuer, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, reflecting his extensive expertise and professional standing in the industry.
Jonathan represents a wide range of clients, including many global energy companies relative to their occupational strategy in addition to institutional funds and Property Companies in their disposal strategies.
Away from work, Jonathan likes to spend time with family and friends, playing golf - badly and guitar - even worse, and is a keen follower of Irish rugby and Tottenham Hotspur – Jonathan is familiar with hope and despair in equal measure!
