Dave MacLeod – Director
Dave brings over 35 years’ experience in the Scottish commercial property market, having worked in Aberdeen, Glasgow, and Inverness. He was a valued member of the FGB team from 1999 to 2018 and rejoined the firm in 2025 after spending 7 years in senior roles within the public sector.
His in-depth market knowledge and pragmatic approach have earned the trust of major banks, developers, and investors alike. Dave is also an RICS Registered Valuer, bringing both technical expertise and deep market insight to every valuation instruction.
Emma Gilbert – Associate Director
Emma is an RICS Registered Valuer who joined FGB’s Valuation team in April 2025. She holds an MA (Hons) in Property and an MSc in Investment and Finance Management from the University of Aberdeen.
With a solid grounding in the commercial property sector, Emma provides valuation advice for acquisitions, secured lending, and portfolio reporting. She is known for delivering clear, accurate, and commercially informed valuation advice.
