Superdry Returns to Aberdeen

Richard is an Executive Director and former Managing Director of FG Burnett. He has been active in the Scottish Commercial Property market for over 40 years.

A specialist in the retail property sector, he focuses on agency, development , investment, rent review and lease advisory work.

Richard acts for both landlords and tenants with interests on the high street and retail parks throughout Scotland. In line with recent trends he has been involved in development and lettings involving convenience store occupiers, discount retailers and drive thru operators.

Passionate about the role of our towns and city centres, Richard is past Chairman of Aberdeen Inspired (Aberdeen’s City Centre BID).

Away from the office Richard enjoys doting on his grandchildren, playing golf and walking his dogs. Time spent in the East Neuk of Fife is the best!

Lisa is a Surveyor within our Agency Department, specialising in the retail sector, including food and beverage. With over 10 years’ experience in the property industry, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her role. She graduated from the University of Aberdeen with an MSc in Real Estate and has since developed extensive experience advising property owners, purchasers, and tenants on their property needs.

Lisa uses her strong market understanding to provide practical advice and support, helping clients make informed decisions and get the best outcomes for their properties.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her family exploring local places to eat and shop. Her personal interests help her stay connected to the latest trends in the retail world, giving her a practical edge when advising clients.
