On behalf of a private investment client, FG Burnett have disposed of the two individual floors to separate tenants. North Sea Well Engineering Limited secured the 2,700 sq.ft first floor and Elemental Squared Limited the 2,500 sq.ft ground floor. Both deals were concluded within 3 months of each other and based on 5 year lease terms.

Our client took our advice following the expiry of the previous tenants lease and entered into a full refurbishment programme. Due to market conditions, we advised our client to introduce a kitchen facility on both floors to allow flexibility to lease to either one or two occupiers. We firmly believe that if the property had not been refurbished to a high standard and we had not offered flexibility to lease on a floor by floor basis, we would not have landed these two occupiers”.
